Grant Applications
Supported by Society of Biological Inorganic Chemistry

Grants will be available for students and postdocs below the age of 35 attending the 13th European Biological Inorganic Chemistry Conference. The grant will provide funding for  registration expenses.

To be eligible for the grant, a student or postdoc must:

  • be a presenting author of an oral or poster presentation at the conference
  • be a full-time student (Ph.D. or undergraduate) or postdoc (below the age of 35) at the time of registration and science areas belongs to the topics of  conference
  • be a member of the Society of Biological Inorganic Chemistry (SBIC). Newly joined members are also eligible for application

Grant selection will consider the scientific content of presentation and will be limited by available funds.

Application procedure:

  1. Use the online registration system to register
  2. Fill out the following forms: "Personal data" and "Abstract" and on "Registration fee" form, please select Student  and on your abstract submission form please select the application for bursary tick box

Applications and abstracts must be received by April 15, 2016. Late applications will not be accepted. Acceptance decisions will be made by May 15, 2016.
